Sumera is a caring and adaptable educator with eight years of teaching experience in Pakistan and a diverse background as a teaching assistant in the UK since 2016. Her experience in primary education has equipped her with strong skills in communication, flexibility, and patience , and she tailors her approach to meet each child’s unique needs. Sumera’s international experience has fostered cultural awareness and strategies to support diverse learners, while her commitment to modern teaching methods and technology keeps lessons engaging and relevant. Otis believes great teachers profoundly impact students' lives, shaping both their academic skills and character. Inspired by my own memorable teachers, he aspires to train as a primary school teacher. His first teaching experience was in Kunming, China, where he taught English at a secondary school. This experience highlighted the importance of inclusion and diversity in education. His undergraduate studies in Environment and Sustainability emphasized the value of early education, particularly through projects like school gardening, which teaches patience and care. From 2016 to 2023, Otis worked as an English literacy specialist in Singapore, focusing on early readers and preparing students for the PSLE. This role allowed me to cultivate empathy, critical thinking, and a love of learning in students, while also managing classroom behavior and assessing progress. His varied teaching experiences have reinforced my commitment to primary education, and I am eager to continue my training to become an effective teacher.

Osayabamwen doesn’t just teach physics; she loves it. Her lifelong interest in the subject aligns with her fascination with the natural world and its underlying rules. Being a physics teacher allows her to explain complex phenomena logically and inspiringly. From a young age, Osayabamwen was intrigued by how things work, from the motion of the stars to everyday forces. Physics, with its blend of mathematical precision and conceptual understanding, provided the perfect avenue to explore these questions. Teaching physics enables her to share her passion and foster a love for the physical world in others. Osayabamwen excels at making abstract concepts concrete and engaging. As a graduate in international business management, Tanvir has developed expertise in international trade, financial markets, marketing strategies, and management principles, with professional experience at companies like Verizon and British Airways, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Tanvir aims to equip students with practical skills for success in the competitive business world, whether they plan to become entrepreneurs, join large corporations, or pursue other professional paths. Tanvir's teaching style emphasizes fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through group projects, case studies, and discussions on current business trends. I am excited about the opportunity from Grad2Teach to pursue a teaching career. My educational journey was shaped by dedicated teachers who greatly influenced my success and interests. A memorable experience was participating in the national Debating Matters competition, where my teacher's guidance helped us place joint 5th out of 300 schools. This inspired me to want to make a similar impact on future students. . I earned an A* in A-level philosophy, a first-class degree from the University of Liverpool, and a high merit in my graduate studies at UCL. My experience with young people includes tutoring in Fiji, volunteering with the Whitechapel Centre, and leading a children's group at my local church. I have also written for the online newspaper Distilled Post, further honing my communication skills.

I am pursuing a primary teaching degree inspired by influential teachers and my passion for working with children. My father's dedication as a teacher and an exceptional secondary school physics teacher sparked my interest. This deepened with the birth of my son, Jayden, who has Down Syndrome, giving me insight into special needs education. Early volunteer experiences at my local church solidified my commitment to teaching. I am drawn to primary education for its transformative impact on children's development. I aim to create a supportive environment where children can thrive emotionally, mentally, physically, and academically. My teaching career has equipped me with skills in effective communication, adapting to diverse learning styles, and fostering inclusive classrooms. Running an ECE school in Nigeria and organizing creative activities have reinforced my belief in interactive learning. I believe in nurturing the whole child, addressing both academic and emotional needs. With a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and modern teaching methodologies, I plan to specialize in special needs education and become a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). I am eager to develop my skills further through a teacher training program in the UK and am confident in my ability to contribute positively to the teaching profession.

Nadia has chosen to teach business studies due to her passion for the subject and its potential to equip students with essential skills for the future. Her interest in business began at age 14 and continued through to her bachelor's degree. She believes business studies provide vital life skills, such as financial management, problem-solving, and decision-making. Nadia aims to foster students' entrepreneurial and leadership talents, giving them a deeper understanding of business operations, consumer behaviour, and economic systems. She finds teaching rewarding, as it allows her to witness and support students' growth, helping them build confidence and apply business skills in real life. Teaching business studies will also enable her to continue learning alongside her students, contributing to both their success and her personal achievement.
