The school follows a values-led approach centred on respect, dignity, integrity, and compassion. Staff work closely with pupils to build trust and create a sense of belonging, making this a unique setting where aspiring teachers can grow their skills and make a meaningful impact. The school is part of a nationally respected trust committed to inclusive education and professional development.
