About The Programme

About The Programme

Come Train With Us

We are a Salaried Teacher Training provider offering a unique two-phased approach. We're committed to being inclusive, supportive and comprehensive in our training.

  • In Phase One you will work at your own pace to complete an Accreditation in Preparing for Teacher Training, while working full time in a school

  • In Phase Two you will complete a salaried PGCE in partnership with The National Institute of Teaching and Education, while working full time as a class teacher.

PHASE ONE

Phase One is designed to prepare trainees for their formal Teacher Training, giving them the tools and experience to comfortably achieve Qualified Teacher Status. Our training focuses on the Core Content Framework and our Trainers support and develop in-class practice.

PHASE TWO

Phase Two is our formal Teacher Training phase , delivered by our University partner, and supported by Grad2Teach's Partnerships, and Teaching & Learning Teams. We offer additional training and plenty of support to maintain our 100% success rate.

FASTTRACK

Grad2Teach make our trainees like good BBQ – low and slow. For some trainees this can mean as little as a term on Phase One, for others, up to three. However, in some cases, trainees will meet the criteria to join our Fast Track programme straight to Phase Two.
