Come Train With Us

Grad2Teach is a salaried teacher training provider with a unique two-phase model designed to build your teaching career from the ground up.

  • Phase One – NCFE-Accredited Level 4 Qualifications
While working full time in a school, you’ll complete a structured pathway of NCFE-accredited qualifications:

    • Level 4 Award in Teaching Fundamentals (ITT Pathway)

    • Level 4 Certificate in Applied Teaching Techniques (ITT Pathway)

    • Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Pre-ITT Practice

These qualifications combine theory with practical, school-based learning to give you the confidence and skills you need before stepping into full teaching.

  • Phase Two – PGCE with QTS
Progress into a salaried teaching role and complete a PGCE with QTS in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching and Education. You’ll be teaching full time as a class teacher while gaining your academic qualification and professional status.

We are committed to providing an inclusive, supportive and compliant pathway into teaching — preparing you not only to qualify, but to thrive in your career.

PHASE ONE

Phase One builds strong foundations through NCFE-accredited Level 4 qualifications — Award in Teaching Fundamentals, Certificate in Applied Teaching Techniques, and Diploma in Advanced Pre-ITT Practice — all alongside full-time school experience.

While working in a school, you’ll receive expert mentoring, high-quality training, and academic support to develop your teaching practice. This pathway ensures you gain hands-on experience while earning a PGCE, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed for a successful teaching career.

Not Only Assessment

Grad2Teach knows that even the most experienced trainees deserve support. That’s why, while your path to QTS is through the Assessment Only Route (AOR), we don’t just leave you to it. Phase One helps you build your portfolio with valuable training, ensuring you're fully prepared before AOR kicks in and gets you that well-earned QTS.
