About the Role & Grad2Teach Programme

  • Transition through our two-phase training model, gradually increasing responsibility

  • Complete a PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University

  • Earn a salary while training—avoid tuition fee debt

  • Receive regular mentoring, coaching, and access to a blended training programme aligned to the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Phase 1: Learn the foundations of teaching through classroom support and observation
Phase 2: Teach independently for up to 18 hours per week while completing your PGCE

This route is ideal for motivated graduates who want to learn through hands-on experience in a school-based setting.
