About the Role & Our Training Programme
This is your chance to enter the classroom from day one while receiving world-class training and support. Through the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme, you will:

Join a two-phase programme tailored to help you gradually build up teaching responsibility.

Complete a PGCE with QTS through our university partner, Coventry University.

Earn a salary while you train.

Receive consistent support through expert mentoring, in-school guidance, and blended training sessions aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework.
Phase 1: Experience-focused with reduced teaching load, so you can observe, reflect, and build foundational skills.
Phase 2: Increased responsibility with up to 18 hours of solo teaching per week.

What We're Looking For
To be eligible, you must:

Hold an undergraduate degree (in any subject).

Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility may apply during Phase 1).

Be enthusiastic, committed, and eager to make a difference in children’s lives.

Show resilience, adaptability, and a passion for lifelong learning.
