Join the Grad2Teach salaried Initial Teacher Training programme

Train toward a PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University

Deliver engaging and purposeful outdoor and physical education sessions

Follow a two-phase training model:

Phase 1: Build practical experience with support and off-timetable training

Phase 2: Take on up to 18 hours of independent teaching weekly while completing your PGCE

Be mentored by experienced educators within a supportive, specialist setting
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who:

Hold a UK degree (in PE, Sports Science, Outdoor Education, or a related subject)

Have experience in outdoor or physical education (Outdoor Ed qualifications and First Aid are a plus)

Are seeking a graduate teacher route with paid initial teacher training

Are passionate about working with young people who require additional support

Are resilient, reflective, and enthusiastic about making a lasting difference
Due to the location, a driving licence would be beneficial.
