About the Role & Grad2Teach Training Programme
Through the Grad2Teach salaried Initial Teacher Training programme, you will:

Gain hands-on experience from day one in a supportive school setting

Follow a two-phase structure:

Phase 1: Build foundational classroom skills with training outside of your teaching timetable

Phase 2: Progress to independent teaching (up to 18 hours per week) as you complete your PGCE

Receive a PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University

Be mentored by experienced staff and supported throughout your journey

Engage in blended training aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for future teachers who:

Hold a UK undergraduate degree (ideally in Mathematics or a related subject)

Have (or are working towards) GCSEs in English and Maths (flexibility offered during Phase 1)
