About the Programme
Grad2Teach is a salaried teacher training programme that allows you to gain hands-on classroom experience while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Through a structured, supportive training environment, you will develop essential teaching skills and subject knowledge, ensuring you are fully prepared for a successful career in education.

Requirements
To be eligible for the Grad2Teach programme, you must:
- Hold a degree in Geography or a closely related subject (2:2 or above preferred).
- Have a strong academic background, with at least a Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Be passionate about education and committed to making a difference in students' lives.
- Be resilient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn within a school environment.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
