About Profile

Luke has always been passionate about teaching, a calling that has guided him since childhood. His recent role as a Business teacher through the Teach First programme enhanced his understanding of classroom dynamics but reaffirmed his desire to teach primary students, particularly in Key Stage 1.

A three-month placement as a teaching assistant in a primary school allowed Luke to witness the profound impact early education has on children’s academic and personal development. He is committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive, fostering curiosity, confidence, and resilience.

Luke’s background in Human Resources has honed key skills such as communication, empathy, and adaptability, which are vital in the classroom. As a father of two young boys, he deeply values quality education and is motivated to provide the same care to his students, helping them build strong foundations for lifelong success.
