Grad2Teach Ltd is an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) provider which offers paid teacher training services to its partners, clients and training-seekers. The Company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services &ndash; in doing so, the Company acts as a data controller. Data retention Grad2Teach will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it. Chris Kinread is the Director of Grad2Teach, overseeing the development, growth and management of the programme. Before setting up Grad2Teach Chris had a career in Education recruitment. As the costs to schools increased and retention of staff fell, Chris began to wonder if there wasn&rsquo;t a different way to approach the problem.
