A welcoming secondary school in West Norfolk is offering an exciting opportunity to train as a Technology Teacher through the Grad2Teach programme — a school-based route to gaining QTS and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
This is a salaried position, offering hands-on experience while you train in the classroom, supported by expert mentors every step of the way.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Technology Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Resistant Materials, Product Design, Engineering, or Food & Nutrition, depending on your specialism.

Teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring them to develop practical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Work closely with experienced colleagues and mentors while gradually increasing your teaching responsibilities.

Follow a structured teacher training pathway leading to QTS and PGCE, all while working in a supportive school environment.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this opportunity and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A genuine passion for education and inspiring young people.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

A commitment to training and becoming a fully qualified teacher through a structured pathway.
