About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach offers a school-based, salaried route into teaching. From day one, you’ll be part of a real classroom environment, developing your teaching practice with the support of experienced mentors. Through a structured training programme, you’ll work towards achieving QTS and a PGCE, setting you up for a successful and fulfilling teaching career.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics) to students at KS3 and KS4

Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons that develop scientific knowledge and thinking.

Building positive relationships with students and helping them grow in confidence and curiosity.

Collaborating with experienced teachers and school leaders as part of your training.

Making an active contribution to school life and the science department.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A strong interest in education and a desire to help young people succeed.

Good communication skills and enthusiasm for science.

A commitment to becoming a qualified teacher and developing your practice.
