About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach provides a salaried, school-based route into teaching. You'll earn while you train, gaining real classroom experience from day one while receiving expert support and mentoring. At the end of the programme, you’ll achieve both QTS and a PGCE – setting you up for a successful, long-term career in education.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting and leading learning in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Developing your teaching practice through daily classroom experience.

Receiving structured training and personalised mentoring.

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Making a real impact on the lives of young learners.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree (in any subject).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn.

Patience, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.

A commitment to developing as a teacher and contributing to school life.
