About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach offers a salaried, school-based teacher training programme. You will remain in the classroom environment you’re familiar with, but with increased responsibility and structured professional development to support your transition from HLTA to qualified teacher. Our programme provides a clear and supportive pathway to QTS and PGCE.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching and supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons.

Managing a full classroom and supporting pupils’ progress and development.

Developing your teaching skills with tailored mentoring from experienced teachers.

Contributing to your school community and its wider goals.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree (in any subject).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English, Science and Mathematics.

Experience working in a school as an HLTA or similar role.

A desire to lead your own classroom and continue making a difference in children’s lives.

Commitment to training and becoming a qualified primary teacher.
