About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach provides a salaried, in-school teacher training route. You’ll start working in the classroom from day one, supported by experienced mentors as you progress through a structured training programme that leads to QTS and a PGCE. Our programme is designed to help you grow into a confident, capable, and inspiring teacher.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting and teaching pupils in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Planning and delivering lessons across the primary curriculum.

Developing positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Gaining the skills and experience needed to become a qualified primary teacher.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and to train with Grad2Teach, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in any subject.

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English, Science and Mathematics.

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning and development.

Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

A commitment to working towards QTS and PGCE through the Grad2Teach programme.
