About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
- Support the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive school culture.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Primary school setting is essential.
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel to and from the school.
- A Level 6 Undergraduate Degree
- GCSE English, Mathematics and Science minimum grade C/4 or above
