About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach is a salaried, in-school teacher training programme that allows you to gain hands-on classroom experience from day one. You’ll receive expert mentoring and support while following a structured training pathway towards QTS and a PGCE, preparing you to become a fully qualified teacher with the confidence and skills to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching Food Preparation, Nutrition, and practical cookery to secondary students.

Inspiring pupils to develop essential life skills in health, nutrition, and cooking.

Developing your teaching skills with guidance from experienced mentors.

Creating engaging, hands-on lessons that encourage creativity and confidence in the kitchen.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and to train with Grad2Teach, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related subject.

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A passion for education and working with young people.

Strong practical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for food and teaching.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
