Trainee English Teacher

About the Role:
As a Trainee English Teacher with Grad2Teach, you will embark on a rewarding two-year training programme, gaining hands-on experience while working towards QTS. This is your chance to inspire students to develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills, while growing professionally in a supportive school environment.

You will:

• Work alongside experienced English teachers, gaining insight into lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching strategies.
• Teach students across KS3 to KS5, helping them explore classic and contemporary literature, improve their writing skills, and engage with language in creative ways.
• Follow a structured training programme leading to QTS and a potential permanent teaching role in your placement school.
• Receive personalised coaching and mentoring throughout your training journey, ensuring you develop into a confident and capable teacher.
