About Grad2Teach

Grad2Teach provides a school-based, salaried training programme that allows you to gain practical teaching experience from day one. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Teaching Computing and/or Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (potentially KS5).

  • Designing lessons that bring coding, digital literacy, and computational thinking to life.

  • Supporting pupils to develop the digital skills needed for the modern world.

  • Developing your teaching skills with the guidance of expert mentors.

  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and its digital development.


Requirements:

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

  • A UK undergraduate degree in Computing, Computer Science, or a related subject.

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

  • A strong interest in education and working with young people.

  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • A commitment to completing training and becoming a fully qualified teacher.
