Computer Science Trainee
Partnerships Co-ordinator
About the Role
Code your way into the classroom.
If binary thrills you and problem-solving gives you a buzz, how about a new kind of challenge? Richmond upon Thames School in London is searching for a future Computer Science teacher to train with them through the Grad2Teach programme – a salaried route into teaching that blends hands-on classroom experience with academic training (yes, you’ll earn a PGCE with QTS).
You’ll be joining a modern, forward-thinking secondary school where digital literacy and real-world learning go hand in hand. If you’ve got a Computer Science degree (or relevant industry experience), and you’re keen to inspire the next generation of coders, engineers, and digital creatives – we’d love to hear from you.
With Grad2Teach, you’ll:
-
Earn while you train – no unpaid placements here.
-
Start off with supported classroom time before progressing to your own timetable.
-
Receive expert training aligned to the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework.
-
Complete a PGCE with QTS through our partnership with Coventry University.
Think of this as your gateway from syntax to students – from coding problems to classroom solutions.
